Developing Ideas for My First Trailer

The trailer is about a retired Secret Service agent trying to live a quiet, normal life with his wife but his past quickly resurfaces when he receives an urgent call pulling him back into a high stakes mission. As he begins investigating, shocking information is revealed about his own wife which suggests she is somehow involved in the murder of a high profile figure in MI6, which creates tension and conflict as both characters are revealed to be hiding secrets. This leads to the trailer building up suspense throughout before reaching a peak moment where a dramatic confrontation is seen, in which the male protagonist must choose between his duty and the woman he loves. The trailer ends on an unresolved 'Reservoir Dogs'-style cliffhanger, which leaves the audience questioning who will survive, and creating excitement and intrigue for them to want to watch the film once it’s released.
