Analysing Action Film Trailers - Introduction

Now that I have chosen my genre, I now need to look into different marketing materials in more depth so I can see how the action genre influences the trailers, posters and social media pages.

In the next few posts I will be looking at a number of theatrical trailers for action films to identify the genre conventions so when it comes to me developing my own trailer it is clear what I need to include so it feels authentic.

I will be looking at trailers from the following films:

'Twisters'

'Nobody'

'Atomic Blonde'

'Wrath of Man'
